Shipping Policy

How long will my order take to deliver?

Orders within India are usually delivered within 5-7 working days (Due to Covid-19 restrictions, orders will be delivered in 7-15 days). Orders that are completed on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or after 11:30am on a normal working day are processed on the next working day. 

How should I check the status of my Order?

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation mail and we will notify you again via email with the Tracking ID once the order is shipped. You can track your order using the same. 

Return Policy

What is the Return Policy for Apparels?

  • If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 5 days of receiving it. Just make sure to keep the packaging and order details handy.

  • You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post.

  • We'll start processing your refund as soon as the returned product arrives at our warehouse and we've checked its quality. 

  • It usually takes 5-7 working days for the returned product to reach us, but it might take longer due to current pandemics or other restrictions.

  • The whole refund process will take about 7-10 working days from the time you request it. The refund will be made to your original mode of payment with the shipping charges reduced from the original amount.

Cancellation Policy

    • Orders that involve customisation or personification may have limited cancellation options, especially if production has already commenced. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

  4. How to Request a Cancellation:

    • Our customer service representatives will guide you through the cancellation process and inform you about any applicable fees.

  5. Refund Process:

    • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
